Tables On Tusc ?

At the Barberton Council meeting last night, 5/11/2020, the question was submitted about what if..What if 2nd and Tusc could be closed down to allow restaurants to put out dining tables to keep in compliance with the 6 foot social distancing rules.
There was a bit of discussion, but more info needed to be collected, such as in regards to alcohol serving or not and how to control it legally and what the liabilities would be to the bar/restaurant serving it.
Lost of questions need answers first and then there are the permit stipulations, costs and time lapses.
Should be interesting.
HArd to come up with working ideas to help recoup the city’s finances. But By golly they are trying.
Any words of wisdom Mr. Mayor?
